I looked for the glass chamber that I expected to see after reading that and I found nothing.
Then I thought, wtf? Why send this thing claiming it was a vaporizer and not include the glass chamber required to make it function as one?

I heard a voter the other day suggesting that radicals have fetishized consensus. That all of us being involved with decisions that matter won’t solve anything. But I’m just calling bullshit bullshit these days and I think america fetishizes voting.
I have a few thoughts for people like him.

If voting change anything, then women voting for nearly the last hundred years would result in a living and equal wage for women as compared to men.
We can see how well that voting stuff works right?
That feature, that voting doesn’t really work was understood well by the Greeks and Romans. The appearance of a system that is somehow “fair” and or at least occasionally takes into account the needs of the little people down there. Usually in Greek democracy rioting was how the elite knew things were a “bit off”… sometime things got out of hand so much that heads rolled.
Ultimately, democracy and voting are military inventions to force the losers into lockstep with the winners.
This has mixed results.

So the other day someone posted something on FB about the crazy secessionists in the GOP. I want to talk about that.
Yes, they’re racist, woman hating, bigots, and probably rabid as well. But the idea that we could secede from the “Union” isn’t really as crazy as it might seem.
I think it’s typical of the several things (more on that in later posts) that liberals get way wrong. Take Greg Brannon for instance. Molly Redden wrote an article titled: Rand Paul-Backed GOP Senate Candidate Held Rally With Secessionist Group and this was published at motherjones.com. Supposedly a bastion of radical disobedience to the system. Yet secession is derided as the practical litmus test of political craziness. The problem is, this may be the best legal strategy available to us in the fight to stop corporations from having their way with our communities.
Recently the frackers got set back a bit in Pennsylvania where a group called the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund has been helping people write and pass anti fracking laws in counties across the state. The story behind that is best told by Thomas Linzey himself (video below) so I recommend you watch it. In short, the interstate commerce clause, Dylan’s rule and a few other particularly bad clauses, Monsanto is able to force your community into accepting their business model through the use of the state prosecutors office. Every local anti-fracking legislation passed at the county level in Pennsylvania had secession clauses.

Some disclaimer:
I’m an atheist and an anarchist so… I tend to defend libertarians on anti-statism while still attacking them for their economic theories which I think are lacking.
I’m actually a biocentric anarchist and believe that property is theft so….
The state, neither democrats or republicans, are ever coming to save you from the system.
I do not like Ron Paul because again, I do not think the system is ever coming to save us from the system.
Please bear with me on this for a moment.
I think CJ gets it way wrong on both atheism and libertarianism and attacks both without actually presenting a single factual thing about either so I’m sure this is an exercise in futility on my part to attempt to debunk it. When we’re done, there will be nothing left because there isn’t a single true thing in CJ’s anti atheist / anti libertarian rant.
CJ’s idea that this is a democracy is way off the mark so I’m just going to start there. I’m leaving the attack of atheism for later.
Greek majoritarian democracy was a military invention to force the losers into accepting the decision of the majority rather than using consensus based democracy to ensure that the solution crafted fit everyone’s need and desires.
