Here are some of the basic rule of the Capitol:
Overnight camping is not allowed on the capitol grounds.
Tents can be set up, but cannot be staked into the ground and must be taken down between the hours of 11pm and 6am.
If we are to occupy, and stay overnight then this would be an act of Civil Disobedience. Civil Disobedience is when you are peacefully breaking the rules, and can be subject to arrest. If people are serious about this, then you must open yourself up to possibly being arrested and going to jail.
